Play Music & Movies.Instant Access. ast week I decided to delete Facebook, Instagram and Twitter off of my iPhone 5s just for the weekend and when I tried to re-download them onto my phone it just kept coming up with the download from Cloud button, into the square with the loading circle and straight back into the download button. I’ve tried reatarting my phone, logging into another Apple ID and just nothing seems to be working. New apps download fine and others I’ve had before and deleted as well, it just seems to be these 3? My iOS is up to date too. I was just wondering what the problem is? I am running El Capitan 10.11.5. I signed out of the iTunes store the other day and can not sign back in. When I chhose Account/Sign In… nothing happens. The sign in window/sheet does not appear. I can access the store, but if I click Account or Purchased nothing happens. If I try to Get/Purchase and app or track nothing happens. Help. Does the family purchase sharing only apply for Apple store? How could Spotify charges my sister by billing me through iCloud family sharing?? And without any notification, or email. You will need to remember/find the account that you used – if you have the app in your computer’s iTunes library then selecting/highlighting it and doing ‘get-info’ (control-I on a PC ; command-I on a Mac) should give you a popup with info about the app including the id that owns it.When I got my new Mac mini and MacBook Air, I chose to use Migration Assist to merge my files from my old MacBook Pro. But now when I go to iTunes Manage Devices page, it shows Mac ( MacBook Pro) and Mac ( MacBook Pro (2)). I really wanted to change their name easily like I change the names for my iPhone and iPads, so it will be easier for me to manage them.
I’ve looked up in this community and tried several solutions, which include adding nickname to all my devices from Apple-Support-My Support Profile page. Unfortunately, even this solution couldn’t solve my problem
Please provide any solutions you might have, and thank you so much in advance.For info you are talking to fellow users on these forums, not iTunes Support nor Apple – we can’t see what you have/haven’t bought nor potentially refund you.
As well as looking at your own account’s purchase history (See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC – Apple Support), if you are a family organiser in family sharing check the members accounts as well (unless they have a balance that covers their purchases, members purchases will be charged to the organiser’s card). If you can’t find what it’s for, and iTunes Support can’t see anything on your/family’s account(s), contact your card issuer.
